Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the jjl5 platform — including the website at jjl5.vu, the live casino, sports betting, fish games, eBingo, slots, or any other service offered under the jjl5 brand — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all users of the jjl5 platform regardless of how they access it, whether on a desktop browser, a mobile browser, or any other device. Creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.

If you are using the platform on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind that person to these terms. However, account sharing is not permitted — see the Account Rules section below for details.

Eligibility

To register and use the jjl5 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. jjl5 strictly enforces the 21+ requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• Location: The jjl5 platform is intended for use by players in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to verify that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from the jjl5 platform or be under any active gaming restriction.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active jjl5 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.

jjl5 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point, including during registration and before processing withdrawals. False declarations may result in permanent account suspension.

Section 03

Account Rules

When you create a jjl5 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jjl5 uses OTP-based verification and SSL encryption to protect your account, but you must also take reasonable steps to keep your password secure. Do not share your login details with anyone.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact jjl5 support immediately at [email protected]. jjl5 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions.

Account verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals can be processed. This typically involves submitting a government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. Verification is a standard security measure and is required to protect all players on the platform.

Section 04

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on jjl5 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, and Philippine online banking or bank transfer. It is your responsibility to use a payment method that is registered in your own name.

Deposits are credited to your jjl5 account once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used and the time of day. jjl5 does not charge platform fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are subject to completed account verification. Once verified, withdrawal requests are processed according to the timelines described on the Withdrawal page. jjl5 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if there are pending verification requirements or if a review is required for security or compliance reasons.

Funds deposited into your jjl5 account must be used for gaming activity on the platform. jjl5 reserves the right to review accounts where deposit and withdrawal patterns suggest the platform is being used for purposes other than gaming.

Section 05

Gameplay Rules

All games available on jjl5 — including live casino, sports betting, fish games, eBingo, and slots — are governed by individual game rules in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of any game before placing a bet.

Bets placed and accepted by the jjl5 platform are final. In the event of a technical error or system fault that affects a game result, jjl5 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. This decision is at the sole discretion of jjl5.

Sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant sporting body. Void bets, postponed events, and rule 4 deductions are handled in accordance with standard sports betting practice. Specific market rules are available on the Sports page.

• Live Casino: Results from live dealer games are final once the round is closed. No claims can be made after a round has ended without a verifiable technical fault.
• Fish Games: In-game results are determined by the game engine. Disconnections during a session do not affect game outcomes that were already processed.
• eBingo: Draws are conducted in real time. Winning combinations are verified automatically by the system.

Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jjl5 platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account per person, household, or IP address for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing limits.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or poker formats.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Abuse of Promotions: Exploiting promotional offers in ways that are clearly outside the intended terms, including bonus abuse or matched-bet abuse.
• Money Laundering: Using the jjl5 platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.

Section 08

Intellectual Property

All content on the jjl5 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the property of jjl5 or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jjl5 content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform for gaming purposes is permitted under these terms.

The jjl5 name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of the platform. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

Section 09

Liability

jjl5 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and a smooth experience, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability.

jjl5 is not liable for losses arising from network outages, device failures, third-party payment provider delays, or any circumstances outside our direct control. In cases where a verifiable platform fault directly caused a player to lose a bet that would otherwise have been won, jjl5 will review the case at its discretion.

Gaming carries inherent financial risk. jjl5 accepts no liability for financial losses resulting from normal gaming activity. Players are responsible for managing their own budgets and gaming behaviour. Nothing on the jjl5 platform constitutes financial advice or a guarantee of return.

Changes to Terms

jjl5 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
